Yes. You can accept or decline any booking request sent to your profile. You are not obligated to accept every request. You can also apply directly to shifts posted by specific clinics you want to work with.

Yes. You set your hourly rate during profile setup. Clinics see your rate before sending a booking request. Your rate reflects your experience, certifications, and availability preferences.

Dental assistants are expected to fulfill all confirmed shifts. Cancellations must be submitted through the platform at least 48 hours before the scheduled shift start time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice result in temporary deactivation of booking features. No-shows result in immediate account deactivation. If a clinic cancels a confirmed shift less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you are entitled to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the shift total as partial compensation for lost income. Yes. You can add language skills and other preferences to your profile. Surrey has a bilingual dental market and some clinics specify French-language requirements when posting shifts or sending booking requests. Indicating French fluency in your profile improves match quality with those clinics, particularly in Orléans, Vanier, and other francophone communities in the Surrey area.
