1. Introduction
By participating in the Tempfind Summer Shift Fill Contest (the “Contest”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Contest Policy and Terms (the “Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tempfind. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in the Contest.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to existing users of the Tempfind platform who are registered as dental clinics. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Tempfind and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on June 1, 2024, and ends on August 31, 2024 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, dental clinics can visit contest landing page and click on “Enter Contest”. Once logged in to Clinic’s account, clinics must enter the contest by clicking on “Enter Contest” on a contest enrollment pop up. For each shift filled during the contest period, clinic will receive one (1) additional entry, increasing clinic’s chance of winning.
5. Prize
The clinic with the most filled shifts during the Contest Period will win a dinner at MOXIES, by awarded a gift certificate of a $1,000 (the “Prize”). The Prize will be awarded to the clinic that reached the highest number of filled shifts. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and announced on the Tempfind website on September 5, 2024. Tempfind is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith, or the winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
7. General Conditions
Tempfind reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Tempfind’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Tempfind in its sole discretion. Tempfind reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
8. Privacy
By participating in the Contest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Tempfind and its authorized agents for the purposes of administering the Contest and awarding the Prize. Tempfind will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose personal information of participants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by Tempfind to fulfill the above purposes or as permitted or required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Tempfind, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any Prize.
10. Disputes
Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Province of Ontario. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Tempfind in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario.
By participating in the Contest, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
