1. Introduction
This Direct Recruitment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the employment practices of dental clinics (“Clinics”) and dental professionals (“Professionals”) using the Tempfind Inc. (“Tempfind”) platform (“Platform”). This Policy is designed to support fair and ethical interactions between Clinics and Professionals, ensuring the integrity of the Tempfind marketplace while fostering a collaborative and trustworthy environment.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, all registered Clinics and Professionals agree to comply with and be guided by the terms outlined in this Direct Recruitment Policy.
3. Clinic Responsibilities
3.1. Respecting Professional Relationships
Clinics are asked to respect the unique value Tempfind provides in connecting them with qualified dental professionals. Offering, suggesting, or facilitating employment arrangements (including part-time, full-time, or contractor roles) outside of Tempfind’s platform for professionals initially found through Tempfind is not permitted.
3.2. Agency Finder Fee
In cases where a Clinic chooses to transition a Professional into a direct employment relationship, we ask that the clinic notify Tempfind and provide an Agency Finder Fee of $5,000 per professional. This fee supports the continued delivery of Tempfind’s high-quality services and ensures fairness across the community.
3.3. Repeat Shift Offers to Professionals
3.3.1. If a Clinic wishes to offer a particular Professional found on Tempfind more frequent shift coverage—for example, once a week or a few times a month—the Clinic must request that the Professional open their booking availability within the app. Clinics should then book the Professional for all required days as many weeks or months in advance as needed. This ensures a transparent and reliable arrangement while utilizing Tempfind’s platform.
3.3.2. For Clinics requiring more frequent temp shift coverage, transitioning to a Tempfind Membership plan is highly recommended. This plan eliminates placement fees entirely and offers a cost-effective solution with a low monthly fee, making it an excellent mechanism for saving on placement costs while maintaining access to reliable and frequent staffing.
3.4. Transparency and Communication
If a clinic intends to hire a Tempfind professional directly, we encourage open communication with Tempfind. Our team is here to help facilitate the transition smoothly while ensuring compliance with this Policy.
4. Professional Responsibilities
4.1. Why Tempfind Benefits You
Tempfind offers professionals a secure and rewarding environment, providing valuable incentives and opportunities for temporary assignments. Continuing to use Tempfind ensures you maximize these benefits.
4.2. Reporting Direct Offers
If a clinic approaches you with an offer for employment outside of Tempfind, we kindly ask that you let us know. This helps us maintain transparency, protect your interests, and ensure all users benefit from a fair system.
4.3. Repeat Shift Request from Clinics
If a Clinic expresses interest in offering you more frequent shifts—for example, once a week or several times a month—we ask that you open the relevant dates in your booking availability calendar within the app. Direct the clinic to book you for those days through Tempfind. This ensures a clear and structured arrangement while maintaining the benefits of using the Platform.
5. General Terms for All Users
5.1. Tempfind as an Open Marketplace
Tempfind encourages Clinics and Professionals to explore opportunities within the marketplace. Should a direct employment arrangement arise, we simply request that the appropriate Agency Finder Fee is honored. This keeps our platform running smoothly and fairly for everyone.
5.2. Fairness and Compliance
To maintain a positive and respectful community, Tempfind reserves the right to enforce these terms by taking necessary legal or administrative action, including suspending platform access for clinics or professionals found in violation.
6. Appeals Process
We understand that unique situations may arise, and users are welcome to appeal decisions related to this Policy. Appeals can be submitted in writing to Tempfind within seven (7) days of receiving notice of an action. We will carefully review and respond promptly.
7. Policy Updates
Tempfind may update this Direct Recruitment Policy as needed to better serve our users. Any changes will be communicated to registered users, and continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
