Adding a professional to favorites will not only highlight them for your attention, helping make right decision when accepting a job applicant or requesting a temp, but also give you an option to streamline hiring by automatically accepting your favorite dental professionals should they apply to any of your job postings. Follow these steps to start adding your favorite temps.
- Open the profile of the professional you would like to add to favorites
- You can do so by clicking on professional’s name or photo in Request a Temp
- Click on any job applicant for one of your job postings
- Click on professional name inside the Professional Details section of a message thread
- Click ‘Add to Favorites’ on the professional profile:
- Confirmation message will indicate that operation was successful
- For professionals that are already on your Favorites, the button will say ‘Remove from Favorites’ giving you a possibility to remove this professional from favorites if you’d like to.
- Add more professionals:
- You can repeat the same sequence of actions for as many professionals as you like, to outline all of those you favour working with.
- See your favorites when hiring:
- Your favorite professionals will be highlighted with a ‘heart’ icon on the search results list when your use Request a Temp
- If one of your favorite professionals have applied to your job, you will be able to identify them with ease:
