What is the Pay-Per-Hire plan, and how does it work?

The Pay-Per-Hire plan is perfect for clinics that need maximum flexibility without a subscription. For each successful temporary staff placement, there’s a flat fee of $49 per shift. You only pay when you hire, making it cost-effective for occasional or seasonal staffing needs.

What Monthly plans do you offer?

Our monthly subscription plans are designed for clinics with ongoing or high-volume staffing needs. They include unlimited job postings, unlimited hires per location, HR Concierge support for long-term placements, and streamlined booking management.

We currently offer:

  • Business Plan: $149/month per location — ideal for single-location clinics with consistent staffing needs. This plan includes our HR Concierge service to help you source and book candidates for recurring or long-term placements. Comes with a 12-month commitment.
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing — designed for multi-location DSOs or large groups needing centralized management, multi-location dashboards, and dedicated support.

Clinics on our grandfathered Essential Plan ($99/month) will retain that rate as long as they maintain their subscription.

How does the Business Plan differ from the Enterprise Plan?

Business Plan:

How do I know if a Monthly Membership is the best option for my clinic?

If your clinic plans to hire approximately 20 or more temporary staff per year, a monthly plan can deliver significant savings and convenience over pay-per-hire. With a flat monthly fee, you avoid individual placement charges and gain unlimited hires, making your recruitment budgeting predictable and cost-effective.
Tempfind’s monthly plans also include HR Concierge service at no additional placement fee, helping you fill long-term and recurring roles effortlessly. This combination makes Tempfind the lowest recruitment-fee platform on the market for clinics with ongoing staffing needs—turning the monthly plan into a clear, no-brainer choice for busy practices.

Can I add multiple locations under one account?

Yes. Multi-location management is a feature of our Enterprise Plan. You’ll be able to oversee staffing across multiple clinics, manage permissions for staff, centralize billing, and track bookings—all from one dashboard.

Can I switch between Pay-Per-Hire, Business, and Enterprise plans?

Yes! You have the flexibility to adjust your plan as your clinic’s needs change. You can upgrade, downgrade to Pay-Per-Hire, or request an Enterprise package at any time. Just log in to your account and go to the Billing section.

Is there a minimum commitment period for Monthly plans?

Yes. Monthly plans now come with a 12-month commitment term. Early cancellation fees apply if you cancel before the end of your term. Please review our Payment Policy for full details.

Is there a limit to the number of job postings and hires on Monthly plans?

No limits! Both Business and Enterprise Plans allow unlimited job postings and unlimited hires per active location each month. You can post as many shifts as needed to keep your clinic fully staffed.

What is the 3.9% shift payment handling fee?

A 3.9% shift payment handling fee applies to all paid shifts. This fee covers secure payment processing (including Stripe fees) and ensures timely, reliable payouts to dental professionals. For example, on a typical $300 shift, the fee is approximately $11.70.

How does payment work for shifts?

For clinics registered on or after July 1, 2025, all shift payments to professionals must be made via credit card through Tempfind. This ensures secure, reliable, and fast transactions. Clinics registered before July 1, 2025 can continue direct payment for now, but all clinics will eventually transition to this streamlined, platform-managed payment system.

How quickly can I start hiring temporary staff after signing up?

Immediately! Once your clinic profile is set up, you can post shifts, search for professionals, and send booking requests right away. The actual time to hire depends on your requirements and local professional availability.

Can I review applicant profiles before making a hiring decision?

Yes. All plans allow you to view professional profiles, qualifications, experience, ratings, and reviews before confirming a booking. On subscription plans, you can also message candidates to ask questions before you confirm them for a shift.

Do you offer customized corporate or DSO plans?

Yes. Our Enterprise Plan is tailored for DSOs and large multi-location clinics. It includes centralized management, permissions, billing, reporting, HR Concierge service, and dedicated support. Contact our Sales team to discuss a customized package that fits your organization’s needs.

What support is included with my plan?

All plans include email and chat support. Business and Enterprise plans receive priority support, with Enterprise plans also benefiting from dedicated account management.
