Depending on how you engaged the professional, here’s how it works:
- HR Concierge Clients: If you're on our Business Plan ($129/month), and we've helped place the temp through our HR Concierge service, you can convert them to full-time at any time. No additional placement fee applies — your subscription covers it all.
- Standard Temp Booking (Pay-Per-Shift): If you hired the professional directly through Tempfind without the Business Plan, we simply charge a one-time placement fee should you wish to bring them on full-time. Contact our team for details — we’ll make the transition seamless.
