If you have questions or would like to clarify something with a dental professional before the shift starts, you can use our in-app messaging system (Inbox).
To do that, you should find the shift in the Shift & Candidates section and click on it to open its detailed page.
On the detailed page, you will find a Message or Call button.
- Clicking on Message button will redirect you to the message thread with that professional where you can send a direct message. As soon as you message sent, the professional will be notified about all new messages as well as you about messages from professionals.
- Clicking Call will initiate a phone call with the selected professional.
Please be advised that you will not be able to send messages before a candidate is confirmed for a shift, or inside completed, expired, declined or cancelled shifts.
Temps can also message you if you have questions when:
- They have received a booking request from you; or
- They are confirmed for a shift
