How to Manage Notifications

You can access notifications settings from the main menu by selecting Notifications.

The system supports multiple communication channels that you can enable for your convenience:

  •  Email (default)
  • Text (SMS) messages
  • Push notifications (for mobile application only)

All essential notifications that relate to your clinic billing, hiring and shifts are sent to the email address you used for clinic registration and cannot be disabled.

You can also receive essential notifications as text messages if you enable the respective option. For that, a verification code will be sent to the phone number of your choice. Once received, please enter this code in the respective field to verify the phone number. Text messages will only be enabled after successful phone number verification, which will be outlined in the respective section of the Notifications page.

You can choose a different phone number but you will have to complete verification again.

Push notifications – this option is only available in our mobile application and does not require any verification. If you don’t receive push notifications after enabling them in the Notifications settings, please make sure you allowed our app to send you notifications in your phone settings.
