Upon shift completion, you have a chance to rate performance of the dental professional and leave a review.
This option will be available on the shift completion confirmation email and on the shift detailed page when the shift is completed by clicking on the Leave a Review button.
On the Leave a Review popup, you will have to populate performance indicators (star rating from 1 to 5, where 1 is worst and 5 is best rating), as well as write a public and private review using respective text blocks.
Performance ratings and public review will be displayed on the professional profile, visible to other clinics, while private review will only be visible to yourself and the dental professional.
The system also calculates the average rating of each professional from all ratings assigned by clinics and displays it under professional’s name.
You also can read and edit any rating you left for your shifts.
