Updating clinic information
Clinic information is located in the Practice Details section that is easily accessible from the main menu. The section allows you to manage all details about your clinic. It is very important to provide as much information about your clinic as possible. That will help us deliver best candidates for your shifts; and dental professionals to make their decision to apply for a job or accept your booking request.
We strongly recommend you to fill in all practice details attributes:
- Logo - creates brand identity and builds a bond with temps you work with. It’s hard to overestimate the importance of having your logo attached to your clinic’s profile.
- Clinic name - then name everyone knows you by and that will be used in communications across the platform.
- Contact phone number - the phone number that you’d like to be used to reach out to you (by Tempfind staff and dental professionals).
- Clinic address - the physical address your clinic is located at. It will be used for matching with best temps nearby so it is crucial to have it accurate and correct.
- Technology & Software - provides details about technologies and practices established at your clinic, that are very important for dental professionals to make their decision. This includes:
- Software
- Charting
- Radiography
- RDH recalls
- Amenities - gives more information to dental professionals how great your clinic is. Listing all your amenities will make a good impression and can help attract best of the candidates.
- About - gives you a chance to provide a custom overview of your clinic, talking directly to the temps on the platform.
Setting notification preferences
There is a lot of communication going on on the platform as we are doing our best to keep you informed about everything that is going on, to make sure you won’t miss a great candidate and don’t have any delays anywhere in the process.
If you feel like tweaking communications a bit, you can easily access the Notifications section by selecting it from the main menu.
You can manage the following options there:
- SMS - allows you to activate or deactivate receiving copies of the most important messages as text messages to the phone number of your choice. This option requires verification of your phone number before we can start sending you text messages.
- Push notifications (this option is only available in the mobile application) - allows you to activate or deactivate real-time push notifications that are sent to your mobile device with the Tempfind mobile application installed. We only send most important notifications so it is strongly recommended to have it enabled as it is the instant source of relevant notifications.
- Email addresses - allows you to manage additional email addresses you would like us to send email notifications to. You can select what types of notifications should be sent to each email address. Please be advised that the default email address (the one that was used to create the clinic account) cannot be deactivated.
Change password
In addition to resetting your password in case you forgot it, there is an ability to change the existing password from inside the application. You can find this option in the main menu.
Please be advised that creating a new password will require the existing password for confirmation, to prevent unauthorized password manipulations.
