Yes. HR Concierge is available only to Business, Enterprise, or grandfathered Essential membership plans.
If we can’t present viable candidates within 30 days, we’ll cancel your membership and refund one month of service. This doesn’t apply if you hire other temps through the platform during that time.
The Business Plan is $149/month. Enterprise plans are custom-priced and include unlimited hiring with HR Concierge support. A 3.9% payment handling fee applies to each shift (e.g., $11.70 on a $300 shift) to cover secure payment processing.
No. All payments are processed through Tempfind to ensure reliable service and full support.
Yes. We offer a direct hire option for a one-time agency fee (based on role and experience). We recommend working with the professional for 2–3 months first to ensure a good fit. With HR Concierge, if the candidate doesn’t work out, Tempfind will replace them at no extra cost.
Yes—your subscription lets you book unlimited shifts for any temp professionals on the platform, whether for short-term gaps, recurring shifts, or same-day needs—no placement fees applied.
If your direct hire doesn’t stay for at least three months, we’ll replace them at no additional cost—offering peace of mind even on permanent hires.
Offering or suggesting off-platform deals with professionals introduced through HR Concierge without notifying Tempfind will trigger the full $2,750 agency finder fee. This protects the integrity of the service.
Professionals engaged through HR Concierge are independent contractors. Clinics must ensure compliance with all relevant employment and labor laws.
All information exchanged—candidate profiles, compensation details, and clinic requirements—is kept strictly confidential between Tempfind, the clinic, and the professional.
