1. Introduction
This Free Trial Policy (“Policy”) delineates the terms and conditions governing the free trial offer extended to dental clinics (“Clinics”) registering with Tempfind Inc. (“Tempfind”) for their staffing needs. By availing themselves of the free trial offer, Clinics acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Free Trial Period
Tempfind offers a free trial period to newly registered Clinics, granting them full access to our platform. During this trial period, Clinics are entitled to:
- Post temp job vacancies on Tempfind
- Receive job applications, review Professionals’ profiles and either accept or decline applicants
- Search local temp Professionals, review Professionals’ profiles, and send booking requests
- Chat with Professionals via Tempfind’s messaging system
3. First Successfully Filled Shift
As part of the free trial offer, the first successfully filled shift procured through the Tempfind platform will be provided to the Clinic at no charge. This allows Clinics to experience the efficiency and efficacy of our platform firsthand without incurring any initial financial commitment.
4. Transition to Paid Plans
Following the successful filling of the first shift, Clinics will be required to select one of the following paid plans should they opt to continue using the Tempfind platform:
- Pay-Per-Hire Plan: This plan enables Clinics to post job vacancies, accept or decline applicants, or search and book professionals for a placement fee per completed shift, as outlined in our Payment Policy.
- Essential Plan: Clinics can avail themselves of this plan to post job vacancies, accept or decline applicants, or search and book professionals with no limit on the number of monthly hires, as detailed in our Payment Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability
Tempfind shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by Clinics during or after the free trial period, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
6. Modification of Terms
Tempfind reserves the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions of the free trial will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
