These Messaging Terms & Conditions ("Messaging Terms") govern your participation in the Tempfind SMS messaging program.
By opting into Tempfind SMS communications, you agree to these Messaging Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
When you opt into Tempfind's SMS messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Tempfind regarding:
- Account notifications
- Shift opportunities
- Booking confirmations
- Booking reminders
- Payment notifications
- Security alerts
- Customer support updates
- Platform announcements
- Promotions
- Marketing campaigns
- Surveys
- Educational content
- Other communications related to Tempfind services
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with the Platform and your communication preferences.
2. Consent
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting into SMS communications, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Tempfind using automated technology where permitted by law.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is entirely voluntary and is not required to create an account, use the Platform, or purchase any Tempfind services.

Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply.
Please contact your wireless provider for details regarding your messaging plan.
4. Supported Carriers
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opting Out
You may unsubscribe from promotional SMS communications at any time by:
- replying STOP to any message where supported;
- using the unsubscribe link included in the message (if available); or
- contacting us at [email protected].
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
Transactional messages relating to active bookings, payments, account security, legal notices, or other essential services may continue where permitted by law.

If you change or transfer your mobile telephone number, you agree to unsubscribe from Tempfind SMS communications before the number is transferred or notify Tempfind so we can update your account.

9. Changes to the Messaging Program
Tempfind may modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging program at any time.
We may also update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Messaging Terms.
