When shift is completed, dental professionals have 24 hours to confirm it. During that period, they have an ability to change shift hours if they appeared to be different from what was originally set for the shift. In such case, information about changes made by the professional will be clearly outlined in shift information as Original (as posted by you) and Final (as submitted by the temp).
If the dental professional fails to confirm shift hours within 24 hours after shift completion, it will be confirmed automatically, with original shift hours as submitted by you.
Upon shift confirmation, you will receive a notification asking you to kindly review the shift and pay. That gives you 24 hours to either confirm and pay for the shift, if shift hours are correct, or request shift correction should changes in shift have occurred. That can be done via clicking the Request Correction button and outlining correction request in the popup.
Your correction request will be sent to the temp, and duplicated in the message thread for the shift. After that, the temp will have a chance to make corrections as you requested, or send you a message to confirm or clarify something. Once correction is made, you will receive a respective email notification.
Correction process can continue until you are on the same page about shift hours, and you are ready to complete the shift and pay shift fees by clicking Confirm & Pay.
