To dispute payment or shift issues, please contact our account manager using on of communication channels presented in the main menu:

  • Chat (temporarily not available in the mobile app)
  • Co-browse
  • Phone call

Please do not submit unauthorized chargebacks as it may result in account suspension. All refunds are to be done by Tempfind support team.
