We accept the fact that clinics can have different situations impacting their schedule and workload, and we are taking it with understanding.
Clinics can cancel any confirmed shift at any moment of time before a shift was completed. Short-notice (less than 24 hours) cancellations, however, are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of shift total to compensate lost wages for the dental professional who was hired. This amount will be charged against your default payment method upon confirming a short-notice shift cancellation. Respective invoice will be posted in the Billing & Plans section of the application. Both yourself and the professional will receive an email notification about shift cancellation, outlining all details, including the cancellation fee.
Cancelling more than 24 hours before shift start is not subject to any cancellation fees, but we strongly encourage you to avoid shift cancellations as they negatively impact dental professionals.
In any case, before submitting shift cancellation, you will be asked to outline the reason. That will help us understand the reason and possibly improve the hiring process.
