To accommodate this, Tempfind allows clinics to have multiple professionals confirmed for the same day, ensuring flexibility in staffing arrangements. However, it's essential to exercise caution to avoid double booking.
In order for a clinic to hire two professionals for the same day within the same profession, they must first have at least one confirmed professional. Once the initial professional is confirmed, the clinic can proceed to either send another booking request to a second professional or post a job and hire one of the applicants. This process ensures a seamless and efficient way for clinics to meet their staffing needs without the risk of scheduling conflicts.
