Unfortunately, such ordeal can happen in rare cases. At Tempfind, we have zero tolerance for no-shows, suspend professionals’ account immediately and locking them from the platform, until they provide supporting documentation proving an excruciating event that happened preventing them physically or emotionally attend to their shift commitments.
If such situation happens at your clinic, you should report a no-show by opening the Shifts & Candidates section, locating the shift in question and clicking on it to open shift details. On the shift detailed page, you will find a Report No-Show button colored in red.
Please fill information in the popup and submit your request. Optionally, you can select to automatically post a job to try to cover for the no-show by activating the selection switch in the popup.
Upon report submission, a no-show report email will be sent to the professional and Tempfind account manager, outlining all details of the no-show.
If the reported professional fails to prove the no-show was out of their control, and convince you to lift their report, the Tempfind account manager will confirm the report in the system. The shift will be marked as ‘No-show’. The no-show will be reflected on the profile of the reported professional. Professional’s account will be suspended indefinitely.
