To cancel your booking request on Tempfind, follow these simple steps. After you've submitted a booking request to a dental professional and while it's still in pending status, navigate to the Bookings Requests section in your account. Locate the specific booking by clicking on it, which will redirect you to a corresponding booking under the Inbox section. On the right-hand side of the page, you'll find a button labeled "Cancel Request." Click on this button to cancel your booking request.
Please note that once a booking request is confirmed by the dental professional, cancellation may be subject to our platform's Shift Cancellation Policy, and we recommend contacting the professional directly for further assistance, prior to shift cancellation.
