In the Inbox, you can initiate direct communication with the professional while the booking is in the PENDING or CONFIRMED status. This feature allows you to discuss specific requirements, ask any relevant questions, and ensure that the professional's skills and experience align with your clinic's needs. We encourage open communication to facilitate a seamless match between dental clinics and professionals, ensuring a successful and productive working relationship.
