We understand that sometimes temps don’t respond to your request quickly enough. If time is important in a situation when you need to fill a shift as quickly as possible, you can choose to post a supplementary job posting with parameters, identical to you booking request. It will alert all professionals in your area, inviting them to apply so you have all opportunities to fill your shift as soon as possible.
You can also send requests to other temps you are considering to fill your shift, to increase chances to fill it fast. We will take care of managing your invites to prevent double booking and rid you of hustle to cancelling the invites you didn’t need any more. As soon as your shift is filled due to a requested temp accepting your booking invite, or you accepting one of the candidates for a job posting your created, the remaining invites will be withdrawn to make sure you will not have multiple temps confirmed to cover your shift.
Once your shift is confirmed, you can send more invites in case you need more temps for the same profession for this same date.
