Having added favorite dental professionals, dental clinics can expedite hiring by allowing the system to automatically accept a job applicant if he/she was added as a favorite professional. That will happen as soon as a favorite professional applied, without any confirmation from the clinic. This will help hire best professionals quicker, without having to constantly review job applications for good candidates. It will also make sure you hire best temps first, before they get hired by other clinics.
Follow these steps to enable this automation.
- Open the Favorite Temps section from the main menu:
- On the Favorite Temps page, find and enable the ‘Automatically accept favorite applicants’ toggle
- Please make sure to confirm your choice for this setting to take effect.
- Upon successful confirmation, the toggle will switch to active state.
- You are all set.
From now on, the system will automatically accept favorite job applicants as soon as they apply, notifying you of successful shift filling.
Please be advised that applicants will not be automatically accepted if they apply with an hourly rate higher than the max acceptable rate you set for the respective job posting.
