Booking requests must be reviewed by the dental professionals they are sent to before requests expire (48 hours after submission).
Dental professionals are notified about each booking request immediately after submission but it’s up to them when to review it.
Booking requests display all information about the shift that was provided by the clinic. Dental professionals review shift parameters, payment terms and clinic location. They also frequently open clinic profiles to check for practice details and other information about the clinic. That’s why we strongly recommend providing as much information about your clinic as possible, including amenities.
Upon reviewing a booking request, professionals have an option to Accept or Decline your request.
- If the professional decides to accept your request, you will receive a confirmation, and your shift will be filled. You will be able to see it with the ‘Confirmed’ status.
- In case the professional declines your request, you will receive a notification with the reason for request declination. You request, in this case, will have the status ‘Declined’.
